All ginger’s classes have amazing playlists, are accessible for any body/any level, fluid like a dance, and creatively sequenced with energetic breath work. You can expect to laugh and have fun and FEEL GOOD after movement with her. She loves the ballet, Netflix, donuts, and long walks with music.

Rebecca believes that the practice is far more powerful with a deeper connection to nature and it is from this space that we can reach our true potential. Her classes and approach to teaching reflect this. Her vinyasa and yin classes allow everyone to not only build confidence in their own practice but also welcome a sense of calm and connection to nature back into their lives.

Austria is one of the most majestic Alpine locations in Europe. Rebecca is a level 2 Austrian ski instructor so for her this is like a second home and she is only too happy to share her secrets of the area. Should anyone wish to explore the mountains there are many activities like skiing, snow boarding, snow shoeing, sledding and mountain huts to enjoy.
During the retreat you will have the chance to experience traditional Austrian dishes and culture such as; a game of nails, local schnapes, roasting apples over a fire and connecting with nature. When possible we will take our practice outdoors.
It’s impossible to stay here and not be empowered by the energy of these mountains and the kindness and warmth of the local people.
WHO CAN COME?
EVERYONE pure and simple we want everyone to come and you don’t have to be a yogi. Whilst all classes are taught to cater to all levels we do not expect everyone to participate in every class. Should you wish to come with your husband or best friend and pick and choose from what’s on offer we are thrilled.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
As is Rebecca’s practice and classes the retreats heavily focused on connecting with nature and the elements. Whilst, all retreats include Yoga we prefer to call them life retreats. Each retreat has a different focus and usually ties into other activities such as hiking, cooking lessons, skiing. Having travelled extensively for the past 20 years, the locations and partners have been carefully curated to ensure your retreat is unforgettable.
